I’m Hannah. I’m a CG Generalist specializing in 3D motion design, FX, and procedural workflows in Houdini.

My goal is to fuse art with technology and to create amazing visuals that leave lasting impressions. What excites me most about 3D is the problem-solving process whether that includes finding the right look
and motion or troubleshooting technical issues or rearranging particles until perfection.
Figuring out how things work has always kept me curious, along with a good cup of strong coffee.

I’m currently doing my master’s degree in Realtime Art & Visual Effects at the Salzburg University of Applied Sciences and writing my master thesis on a procedural decomposition system with mold for fruits.

I’m especially drawn to Houdini because it gives me the freedom to build almost anything while keeping set ups procedural and hence reusable. Alongside Houdini, I have a strong foundation in Maya, which was my first 3D software and which I also taught as a tutor and student assistant for two years.

Together with a friend and colleague, I work as a freelance 3D Generalist under the name CrossDot focussing on 3D motion design, digital effects, and audio-driven CG projects. Go look it up!

I’m always curious about new ideas, collaborations, and creative challenges, feel free to reach out!

This is me, happy and exhausted after a day of motion capture. Thought it would be a fun thing to share.
